You can return any product you purchased from us including lighting tubes, home decor items, and infrastructure related products. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Time Limit

You have 7 days from the date you received your product to return it. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

How to Return

Return Shipping

You will need to pay for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
